ABOUT LEAPS

Founded in 2009, Listening Ear and Positive Support (LEAPS) is a support group for those who are unwaged and is funded by the Big Lottery Fund.

The group meet weekly (see the page ‘JOIN LEAPS') and act as a listening ear for one another, giving positive reassurance, advice, help, and support.

We help those struggling practically, financially, and emotionally with any number of issues; ranging from someone needing support in being rehomed, to providing a phone for someone to call their benefits support worker.

LEAPS have a number of associations with other organisations so we're are able to sign-post members to other agencies who may be better placed, or qualified to help with any more specialist problems and/or circumstances.
